Once we receive your image our app will start by scanning the internet in the quest to find that coveted product you’re after. Using our incredibly clever artificial intelligence technology we will scour the internet, searching through over 5 million products located across 600 international boutiques. For those really hard to find pieces that are simply not available online we will reach out to our on the ground Personal Shopping network, who will leave no handbag unchecked or shoe box unopened in search of your item.

Start by sending us a snap of the item you’re coveting and as much information you can give us such as size, color and brand. Once submitted you will be matched to one of our fashion advisors who will be with you every step of the way.
As much as we’d prefer a picture, we know that occasionally it’s just not possible. In these instances, we ask that you send a written description of what you’re after. Size, brand and color are all key to the search so be as descriptive as possible.
The more product information you’re able to provide the faster and more in depth we can take the search.

Some tips to get the most out of Fashion Concierge (hey, nobody’s perfect):
• Send us as much information as you can, brand, color, category for example handbag, shoes, jeans, dress and size. If you know the specific product name such as Hermes ‘Birkin’ or ‘Kelly’ bag or the Aquazzura ‘Mira’ sandal then even better!
